Well no news is good news I suppose!
Managed to persuade the doctor to give me a few more days until induction - that'll slightly lower the risk of a c-section which I don't want at all.
Went to the hospital today though for a CTG - basically a monitor of baby's heartbeat and movements - it's the first time we've actually heard the heart as our doctor only scans - doesn't have a doppler! Can't decide if it sounded like a galloping horse or runaway train though so still no clue as to girl or boy!
Anyway, I hate being strapped to the monitor - I keep looking at the machine and trying to adjust how I sit so they can get a good rate. If I do get induced I know this is what I'd have to put up with while on a drip so I'll have to just accept that. I had to drink some cold juice to wake the baby and then they seemed pleased with the results.
My doctor then arrived and gave me another sweep - said the baby's head was still high and so I'm glad we've held off on induction.
I have to go for another monitor on Saturday and Monday, then proper induction is booked for 3rd July - my sister's birthday! Lydia was born on my Mums so it would be nice if this one was born on Ruth's!
Good news is the hospital menu looks GREAT!! So looking forward to some nice meals while I'm there!
Thanks for all the good wishes! I hope to update soon with baby arrival news but until then, that's the latest!

My Dad's is on 3rd! If you do give birth on that day it would be much easier for me to remember the baby's birthday ;o)
Hoping for your sake that spontaneous labour comes along before that.
Take care my love,
